CAR SERVICE

Service should not only be performed to ensure that the car functions properly and meets safety requirements according to legislation. If your car is still under warranty, it is important to maintain and service it regularly. In case of any warranty claim, you must be able to document that the car's service plan has been followed.

Dropping a cheap service can lead to expensive repairs. Please note that service checks at your local auto workshop vary from car to car. Depending on the brand, year, model, and usage of the car, we will assess together with you the status and any necessary actions.

Oil change

OIL

Oil changes are crucial for maintaining the lubrication of gasoline and diesel engines. Oil reduces wear and helps with cooling. We ensure that the oil meets the specifications set by the car manufacturer for the specific engine.

Typically, the oil filter is replaced at the same time if the service requires it.

Oil changes for gearboxes and other transmissions are carried out according to the car manufacturer's instructions.

If you have a turbo engine, it also relies on good lubrication.

Brake change

BRAKE

This vehicle is only safe with functioning brakes. We offer brake maintenance, ranging from the replacement of worn brake pads to the repair of brake calipers.

Brake drums and brake shoes require regular cleaning and lubrication to avoid rusting together.

Car inspections will examine your brake lines, and brake fluid does not last forever.

If the handbrake is stuck or doesn't work at all as a parking brake, let us investigate the problem.

Car battery

BATTERY

This car battery must work under all conditions - summer and winter. Particularly in cold temperatures, the energy may be low.

We can perform a battery check that shows the battery's condition. If your car is powered by gasoline, diesel, or hybrid, we ensure that charging occurs from your generator.

This will determine whether replacement is recommended based on your needs.

Car radiator

COOLING

Coolant in an electric vehicle is used for cooling the electrical circuits and the battery.

Coolant in a gasoline, diesel, or hybrid vehicle is used for cooling the engine.

To ensure that frost damage does not occur in winter, the liquid is frost-proofed. The type of coolant depends on the car, as its purpose is both to transport heat away and to protect the engine, electronics, pipes, hoses, and radiator that the liquid circulates through.

The car's heating system can utilize the heat to warm the cabin. The electric vehicle may have a heat pump and an electric heating element. If you experience odor or moisture in the cabin, there may be a correlation.

If your car has an oil cooler and/or charge air cooler, we inspect it, along with pipes and hoses.

Car exhaust pipe

EXHAUST

Service on your car's exhaust system is under control. If there are faults, the car's central control will notify us of errors.

We will conduct a review of the piping system that can reveal collisions or leaks, which in the worst case could harm you.

Tyre, rim and valve

TIRES & RIMS

Good tires are important for your safety.

The weight of your electric car, fossil fuel car, or van affects the choice of tires.

Tread depth
- the law states at least 1.6 mm depth.

Tire pressure
- must fit your load.

Approved speed
- speed rating must match the vehicle.

Tire age
- tire rubber changes its properties and should not get too old.

Aircon

aircon

Air conditioning (A/C) service is necessary for maintaining a comfortable temperature.

Inspection and refill of the air conditioning system, as well as testing the air conditioning unit, are essential to ensure the system is sealed and not leaking refrigerant.

Bad odors in the car's cabin can be caused by several issues. Let us know more about your challenge.

Car bulb

LIGHTS

We will change your bulb, whether it is a standard car bulb, halogen, xenon, or LED.

We also take care of headlight adjustments so you don’t blind other drivers, and this is also part of the vehicle inspection.

If the headlight or glass is broken, we can replace the headlight.

Oli filter

FILTER

Oil filters are used to collect impurities, such as metal that wears off inside the engine. These impurities must not be circulated, as they can cause damage. Therefore, an oil filter is replaced periodically.

Fuel filters, gasoline filters, or diesel filters are designed to catch rust from the fuel tank of the car or anything that may come from the gas station. Fuel is sent through small nozzles that should not become clogged.

The car engine's air filter captures the dust and dirt present in the outside air around the engine. This dirt must not be sent into the engine, where it can increase wear or cause damage.

The car cabin's pollen filter ensures that clean air is sent into the vehicle via the ventilation system by preventing dust and small pollen from entering. Therefore, keep windows and doors closed during pollen allergy season.

Odors in the cabin are not necessarily caused by filters.

Timing belt

Belt & CHAIN

Your car engine drives various components, such as the generator and water pump. This is done using a rubber belt, typically called a V-belt or fan belt, which is visible when looking down at the engine.

These belts can usually be replaced as part of maintenance.

However, inside the engine, parts are driven around with the help of gears, a metal chain, or a rubber belt with "teeth," known as a timing belt.

Both the chain and timing belt wear out and should be inspected and replaced according to instructions or as needed.

A failure of the chain or belt inside the engine can cause significant damage.

Spark plug

IGNITERS / NOZZLES

Petrol engines use a spark plug to ignite the petrol injected into the engine. The spark plug wears out depending on its type and is crucial for the performance and fuel efficiency of your petrol engine.

Diesel engines do not have a spark plug; instead, they rely on a powerful diesel pump and nozzle. The nozzle can also fail, and a damaged nozzle may cause significant harm.

It is actually possible to drive with a faulty spark plug or nozzle, which is why we evaluate their condition during a service.

Wiper blades

Wipers

A clear windshield provides a clear view in all weather—that is your safety. We take a quick look at your wiper blades, as they wear out with use.

We refill windshield washer fluid and adjust the spray nozzles.

We replace a dead wiper motor or a defective wiper arm.

Car noise

Noise

Strange sounds, squeaks, beeps, jumps, hesitates, and springs.
